Hey, Authors!
Would you like more opportunities for school and library visits? Today's education stresses the Common Core and therefore, teachers and librarians are looking for literature that makes connections across multiple academic subjects. My Teacher's Guides provide a tool to promote yourself within the educational environment. My highly-acclaimed Teacher's Guides have been recognized by School Library Journal, Publisher's Weekly, and the Children's Book Council. I would love to create a fully tailored Teacher's Guide for your picture book, chapter book, middle grade, or YA novel. You will receive: * An initial consultation to discuss your wants and needs. * A fully cross-curricular guide fully developed to enrich students’experiences. * Lessons and activities which are Common Core compliant. If you are interested in a guide for your book, please email me at [email protected]. TESTIMONIALS:
"Not only are the lessons, games, and activities well-suited to each age group, but the guide itself is clear and concise, easy to download, and chock full of variety. Marcie is a joy to work with and I recommend her without reservation!"
~ Nancy Viau, author of LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!, STORM SONG, SAMANTHA HANSEN HAS ROCKS IN HER HEAD, and CITY STREET BEAT
"Working with Marcie was awesome. She was quick, efficient, accomodating, and produced the most fabulous guide for me to offer teachers and librarians in conjunction with THE MONSTER WHO LOST HIS MEAN. EVERY teacher/librarian I encounter wants one. Highly recommended!!"
~Tiffany Strelitz Haber, author of THE MONSTER WHO LOST HIS MEAN
"Working with Marcie was a wonderful experience, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Marcie used her expertise as an educator to produce a high-quality guide that teachers can use to supplement their required curriculum. And, the guide is not only functional, but fun! Marcie's guide also served as a springboard for me as I created presentations for my school visits.
Such an excellent resource!"
~Amy Dixon, author of MARATHON MOUSE
"I am thrilled with the teacher's guide Marcie created for my book, 1
Zany Zoo! She communicated with me every step of the way and was very open to suggestions. Marcie created fun and interesting activities both teachers and students will love - and they're all tied into the curriculum. I'm planning on having her create a guide for my next book too!"
~ Lori Degman, author of 1 ZANY ZOO and COCK-A-DOODLE OOPS!
